Kyleigh leads the Fellow recruiting and selection process, Fellow programming, and strategic and government partnerships development. Prior to co-founding GFA, Kyleigh taught at a charter school in Boston where she saw firsthand how policy decisions and government programs can negatively impact underrepresented communities without a voice at the table. She decided to launch GFA to help change the hiring system from one built on connections and networking to one where the most exceptional candidates from all backgrounds and communities get the chance to create the world in which they want to live in. She holds an AB in Government from Harvard University and is currently pursuing her MPA from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
